What happens to what you send
It reaches the practice team and nobody else. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a list, and we do not telephone people who asked to be emailed. Ask us to delete it and it is deleted.
Please do not put patient details in the form. If a question needs a real case to explain it, say so and we will find a safer way to talk about it.
